Rhubarb and Rye

Swallowtail Rhubarb and Rye 

 1 oz swallowtail Farm Rhubarb syrup 
1.5 oz rye whiskey such as Bulleit 
top with sparkling water (about 4 oz) 
serve over ice 
garnish with lemon
